Programme
The programme is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Air New Zealand is committed to developing graduates within the organisation.
The Graduate Programme is an opportunity for motivated graduates who
are looking to kick start their careers in a dynamic and challenging
environment. Graduates therefore need to be focussed on results, have
a positive attitude and be dedicated to working in a team.
The programme, which is supported by mentoring agreements, runs for
the graduate's first year in the organisation. The emphasis is on
a learner led process and participants have the opportunity to take
part in a range of developmental activities from Customer Experience
days to attending formal workshops. Applications have closed for the
2004 Graduate Recruitment programme.
