This voucher entitles Gold Elite members to a complimentary,

Zealand and Australia.
Before using any of the above upgrade vouchers, check when booking
to ensure that the supplier is a participating Airpoints partner.
Certain hotel and car rental locations will not participate in this
offer and certain cars and hotel rooms are not eligible for an upgrade.

Hotel upgrade requests will only be accepted at time of check-in,
not earlier. Rental car upgrade requests should be made at the time
of booking but will only be confirmed at time of pick-up. Hotel
and rental car upgrades are valid for up to three consecutive days
but can only be redeemed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Upgrades
on any other day will be at the cost of the member. Upgrades are
subject to availability and the vouchers cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offer. Hotel and rental car partners are subject
