Our Seats to Suit offering gives you greater flexibility and more choices when flying between New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. Our flexi options (worksflexi*, premiumflexi and businessflexi) allow you to change your flights without any fees and receive a full refund if you cancel your flights while our other seating options (seat, theworks, premuimeconomy and businesspremier) allow you to choose exactly what you need.
* Note: economyflexi tickets are referred to as 'worksflexi' for cross-Tasman (AU-NZ) and Islands (PI-NZ) flights for some markets. If you have booked Economy, you may see this reflected as 'theworks' or 'worksflexi' in your e-ticket.
